Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a rental from Lavish Event Arrangements. The specific refund, weather, and liability policies shown and accepted at checkout are part of these terms.

Booking, deposit & balance

• Availability shown on the site is real-time; a date is reserved when your deposit is paid.
• A deposit is collected online at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due as stated at checkout (typically on delivery).
• Prices, delivery fees, and taxes are calculated and shown before you pay.

Cancellations, refunds & weather

Cancellations and refunds follow the refund and weather policies presented at checkout (and recorded with your booking). In unsafe weather we will work with you to reschedule or cancel per that policy. Because policy text and the refund window are owner-confirmed at launch, the version you accepted at checkout governs your booking.

Setup, safety & supervision

• You are responsible for providing a suitable, clear, reasonably flat setup area and access (and a power source where required).
• Inflatables require adult supervision at all times during use. You agree to follow safe-use rules and the rental agreement you sign at checkout.
• You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period and for any loss or damage beyond normal use.

Rental agreement & liability waiver

At checkout you electronically sign a rental agreement and liability waiver. That signed agreement, with its version and timestamp, is part of your contract with us. The final liability and insurance terms are confirmed in that agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the deposit (and, where applicable, the balance) as shown at checkout.

Service area

We deliver across Lawrenceville and nearby Gwinnett cities. Addresses beyond our service area may be declined or quoted differently. See Service Areas.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
