Data Retention
This page describes what we keep and for how long. We aim to keep only what we need to run your rental and our business.
What we keep
- Booking records — your name, email, phone, delivery address, the coordinates/distance computed for delivery, items, amounts, and event date.
- Signed rental agreement — the typed signature name, the agreement/waiver version, and the signing timestamp.
- Payment reference — a Stripe payment identifier (not your card number) for matching payments and refunds.
- Administrative logs — a record of admin actions (for example, status changes and refunds) and administrator login emails.
How long we keep it
Today, these records are retained indefinitely. We do not yet run an automated deletion or anonymization schedule. We intend to adopt a defined retention window (and to purge or anonymize records after it) — until that is in place, retention is handled manually.
Some records (for example, those tied to payments) may need to be kept to meet tax and accounting obligations even after a deletion request.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal information. We will remove what we are able to, manually, and explain anything we must retain for legal or accounting reasons. Reach us via the Contact page.
